  Unethical Practices
  Our RE agent took us to see Solana Heights. We selected the perfect lot for our family with easy exit access for our son with Special Needs. We placed on the "list" first for lot #23. We did everything they asked including get a Pre Qual. We visited nearly every week, speaking with each of the sales associates. They always said they would call when the Phase was released. We placed our home for sale and it is in escrow.
  After 6 weeks we went in for another visit and was told they sold our lot to a CASH buyer. Devastated we asked Sales to contact Corporate to see what could be done. Nothing. No apology, no phone call, just nothing. That speaks volumes.
  They are lots of reviews on CalAtlantic homes and we had read most of them. Buyers, read the reviews, do your due diligence and don't count on "The List" sales pitch.
  Good news - We found another great home. #VenturaStrong
