  This pharmacy has bent over backwards to help keep my medications refilled, and delivered to my door. The nicest people who know me by-name, I'd go nowhere else. Thanks guys!!

  I cannot give this pharmacy a low enough rating. The pharmacist is rude. The staff is incompetent. Their prices are more expensive than any other pharmacy in town. Unfortunately 3 years ago my insurance changed, it is an exceedingly bad insurance and the only pharmacy in town that would take it was Medicine Shoppe so I was stuck using them. Luckily a new pharmacy now takes my insurance and I can switch pharmacies. But to give you an idea, I have 10 prescriptions that I fill every month, I have only had 2 of them change in over 15 years. And Medicine Shoppe was not able to complete a single refill request in 3 years without getting it wrong. The same order every month and every month it was wrong. I never had to make less than 2 trips and usually had to make at least 3 trips down there every month to get my refills correct. Even if I called ahead, they would confirm all my refills were ready over the phone but once I would get there at least one or more were not ready, had to be "ordered", or forgot to request refill authorization from doctor. And it should be noted that I always gave at LEAST 3 days notice on my refills just so they would have time to request refills from doctor. Even with all that, not once in 3 years did they get an order correct. Lastly, many times they would simply lie straight to my face saying they requested refills and the doctor never responded. I caught them at this by standing at the counter, the girl said that she just sent the request to the doctor and I took out my phone and asked the doctor if the request arrived. They said no, I walked back in and told the girl behind the counter and had to sit there and physically watch them send it. Every time I had to request a refill from the doctor I had to do this. I had to stand there while they sent the request otherwise they never would. I never had this problem with Rite Aid. I used Rite Aid for more than a decade and only once did they not have a refill ready for me and that was due to a break-in the day before and my prescription was stolen. 10 years and every order was right with Rite Aid and 3 years with Medicine Shoppe and not one correct order. I really wish I could go back but I have no choice with my insurance. Bottom line AVOID Medicine Shoppe at all costs.
