For at least five years I have enjoying the pilates experience with Donna and now Eva at Pure Pilates. When I started I felt that my body was neglected, by me, while I created a home in Ventura for handicapped adults. As a caregiver, mother and now grandmother, I know it is crucial to take care of myself. This means physically and emotionally. The Pure Pilates studio classes have enabled me to keep my body in good condition, not to mention the satisfaction of having a good figure. It also helps my mind and attitudes about the challenges I face each day. After a pilates session, I feel better about everything I confront. Pure Pilates provides a healthy experience for minds and bodies. I highly recommend making a commitment to the Pure Pilates studio.
