  Yea one time i went there to get a root canal and a crown well as there doing therr "work " they told do you smell that it's gigervitis I didn't smell anything but anyways all I went there was for the crown well I go home and the next morning I notice this slimy film on teeth right on the area where they where wherr working come to find out it was what they said but I had no issue of that before I got there so my conclusion is maybe sence I was paying cash that was them using dirty utensils to give it to me so that i could return at the time I had no clue what it was so when I went back I showed them that my gum line had been eatten away they told me just to message it and it will go down well it never did of course and if it was gingivitis as they said why did they not offer any solution . I had no problems before I got there and now I have a weired looking gum line thanks western dental

  First time visit, I had a cleaning/standard check up and waited about 10-20 minutes from the scheduled time but honestly that happens everywhere. They were very fast with the cleaning, identified the fillings I needed, and scheduled my follow up to have them done. The lady that did my cleaning was very nice and did a great job, my teeth looked noticeably better when she was done. The follow up appointment I waited maybe 10 minutes from the scheduled time and it was super easy and painless. I got great service from the reception desk and all staff. All were friendly and professional.
